1. Service Description

Cloudine is an AWS monitoring service operated by Laburan Inc. (“LLL”). The service provides read-only visibility into your AWS environment. Write actions (pipeline approvals) require explicit opt-in and a separate IAM role.

2. Acceptable Use

• You may use Cloudine for legitimate business monitoring purposes
• You are responsible for granting appropriate AWS access permissions
• Free tier is limited to 1 AWS account connection
• You must not use the service to circumvent AWS billing or security controls

3. Disclaimer

Cloudine provides monitoring and visibility but does not guarantee prevention of AWS incidents or cost overruns. You remain responsible for your AWS environment and costs.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
