Frequently asked questions
Do I need to share my AWS access keys?
No. Cloudine uses AWS Cross-Account IAM Roles (AssumeRole). You create a read-only role in your account and share only the role ARN — no access keys ever leave your account.
What are the free tier limits?
Free tier includes 1 AWS account, 3 AI summaries/month, and unlimited PDF reports. Paid plans with multi-account and unlimited AI summaries launch in Phase 1.1.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in Supabase (Singapore region). AI summaries are processed via the Anthropic API in the US. See our sub-processors list for details.
Will Cloudine cost me anything on my AWS bill?
Cloudine itself is free. AWS Cost Explorer API calls cost $0.01 per call on your AWS bill — Cloudine caps these at 3 calls/account/day to keep costs negligible.
